What kind of BB-Bid training and technical support does The Blue Book Provide?
The Blue Book provides online documentation under each high level tab that describes its features and functions in detail. We also provide a Quick Start guide that will help you create a project, build a vendor database, and send your messages right away. BB-Bid has a support staff in place to answer your telephone calls and e-mails, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:45 AM and 8:00 PM (EDT/EST). During non-business hours, telephone calls and e-mails are monitored through a paging system and addressed accordingly.
