What kind of activities are held at The Pier?
Every Sunday in the Courtyard next to the water, The Pier features the Music Fest on the Water, featuring live, local bands and musicians from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in the Courtyard. The second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, “Oldies But Goodies” dances are held, featuring a live dance band from 12:00-3:00 p.m. in the Dockside Activity Room. All dances are FREE and open to the public. Saturday afternoons family-styled entertainment is featured from 1:00-4:00 and varies from musical acts to comedy, face painting and magic. On the second Saturday of every month we will feature “Drum Circle Facilitation” from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Courtyard. The Pier Aquarium holds a variety of educational, hands-on activities both at The Aquarium on the 2nd level and at the Education Station on the approach to The Pier.
