Under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Policy”), the action to be taken is to commence an administrative proceeding by filing a Complaint with a domain name dispute resolution provider appointed by the dotPH (“REGISTRY”), such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the the Policy, its related Rules of Procedure and the Supplemental Rules of the domain name dispute resolution provider, such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
