What kind of access security will be in place at the Kingston Pike Building Building?
The main entrance will have a magnetic lock which will be activated each evening around 6:00 p.m. and deactivated each morning around 7:00 a.m. There will be someone at the receptionist desk all day to monitor who comes and goes. The receptionist will be responsible for notifying you when guests arrive, and you will be responsible for escorting your guests to and from your office. You will be able to enter the reception area without a swipe card, but you will be required to use your swipe card to enter the main office complex. All other entrances to the Kingston Pike Building will also require swipe card access at all times. There will be no swipe card requirements on interior doors except for the machine room, and directors may request that some storage rooms for supplies, sensitive files, or equipment be swipe card secured.
