What kind of a person hires a coach?
Coaching is a powerful performance tool and people from all walks of life hire a coach for an infinite number of reasons. You do not have to be rich, or famous or athletic to have a coach. Perhaps the best answer to this question is to describe my ideal client. I cannot work with everyone who calls me. These are the types and styles of people I prefer to work with: • Entrepreneurs and solopreneurs in the sales profession who first and foremost have a strong desire to become excellent at what they do in order to (secondly) become financially independent. • Companies of all sizes, who have a sales force, customer service or management team or employees who would benefit from personal empowerment to improve the corporate culture and increase profitability. • People who instinctively know that there is something big out there just waiting for them. • Someone who wants to get up each morning and design their own day to their own liking without reservation or concern of how it may look to so
