What kind of a location is needed for a WhirlyBall Center?
WhirlyBall is a destination driven business and as such does not need a McDonalds location. Having said that you do not want to locate well back in an industrial park. Ideally, you would like to find a location, which the people in the area are familiar with, but is not considered prime. As an example, we are just off State Street, or we are just down the street from the Armory or some other entity they might be familiar with. It is more important to look for a building that will work with a lower rent factor than a building with high visibility.
