What jobs require a non-gaming employee registration?
Generally, a non-gaming employee registration is required for employees whose job duties require the employee to be in or near a gaming or restricted area but that do not require day-to-day interaction with gaming equipment or gaming revenues. Positions that require non-gaming employee registrations include, but are not limited to cocktail servers, waiters and waitresses, bartenders, food and beverage cashiers, janitorial personnel and valet parkers.
