What jobs are available for someone with a BAiLS degree with an emphasis in Speech-Language Sciences and Technology?
Beginning n the fall of 2004, the Health Sciences Department initiated an on-line Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) Training program. SLP-A’s work in a variety of settings under the supervision of a professionally trained and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist. Settings include schools or health care facilities. SST courses are intended to fulfill the academic requirements for employment as an SLP-A. Individual work sites may have additional field-work experience requirements.
