What job can a 14 year old get with a decent pay?
At 14, there aren’t many real jobs, just the simple ones, like babysitting and dog walking. I’m 14 but for now, I’m volunteering at a local hospital and the local library. Sure, I’d love to get paid for doing those jobs, but they’re volunteer jobs and it’s good for work experience. You should start off with volunteer work and then you should get a job at around 16, when there are more job opportunities. Since you’re 14, you need working papers, so make sure you have working papers (this little blue slip that you get after you fill out a sheet that shows parental consent and you need to get a physical for medical information).
