What Jesus a man or was he God?
Jesus Christ was both fully a man and fully God. “..Two whole, perfect, and distinct natures, the Godhead and the manhood, were inseparably joined together in one person, without conversion, composition, or confusion”1. He existed as God from all eternity, but when man fell into sin, he took upon himself the body of a man, so that he could be our Savour and our Intercessor. He lived the perfect human life, without sin, died on the cross as a substitute for all of our sins and is now seated on the right hand of the Father.
