What items will the Self Help store include? What are the hours?
Forest City Residential Management provides a self help program that allows residents to borrow small tools and lawn equipment to aid in such things as home improvements and the performance of individual lawn care. Residents may sign out the items from the Maintenance Warehouse located at 5089 Nimitz Road, Building 16. Store hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. A mini Self Help program is also open for all Central Oahu communities at our 557 Lehua Avenue office in Pearl City Peninsula. Residents can exchange (one for one) on items needing replacement during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
