Before a municipality will issue a building permit, you will be required to provide a complete and accurate floor plan accompanied by an equipment brochure and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough-in drawings. You also should have knowledge of health department approved construction methods and finishes. All of these are offered by a competent and trained foodservice consultant.
