What items does San Val bind?
San Val binds new book titles and theses that have never been bound. We also rebind worn school and library paperbacks, hardcovers and used textbooks. We convert new school or library paperbacks into hardbacks (prebinding). We do not bind periodicals (magazines), pamphlets, or music scores. We also do not create magazine holders or book slipcases. Valuable monographs, brittle volumes, keepsake Bibles and other bookbinding needs require special handling and should be processed by a book conservator. We do not provide those services, but may be able to refer you to a source.
