What items come with the hamster cage and other questions?
Do any items come with the cage like a water thing? Most cages come with some accessories, a wheel and a food dish. Some come with complete ‘starter’ needs, including bedding and food, though so far I have only seen them with pine bedding which is not the best choice for hamsters. So really, it depends on which cage you choose. Do they sell little pets at pet smart? Yes they do. You can usually find gerbils, hamsters, dwarf hamsters and mice. How much are hamsters? This one really depends where you live. I have seen hamsters sell from $6.99 to $15.99 depending on the colour and the store. Do different breeds cost different? I rarely see dwarf hamsters on sale, so I would say they would be a more expensive choice. If you choose dwarf hamsters, you need to get a pair or trio of them, same sex.
