What items are covered under the playability guarantee?
Our playability guarantee is another added “shop with confidence” feature that we provide. If for some reason, you are note satisfied with the golf club purchase, simply contact us for a return authorization and return the golf club for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping of the product. You will receive your store credit information once we receive your golf club(s) back. The golf club must be returned in normal use condition. Any damages under non-normal use will not be covered under the playability guarantee. 30 day playability guarantee applies only to golf clubs. However, the playability guarantee does not apply to custom clubs or special orders. The shipping fees incurred for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
