What Italian Rap Song Prominently Features “Tarantella Napoletana?

About five or six years ago a friend of mine played me a song off his MP3 Player. It was some sort of rap, most likely Italian, which I assume because of the use of “Tarantella Napoletana” at several points throughout the song. There was ridiculous sounding yelling, and “Ahh”‘s being traded back and forth between the (I believe it was) two rappers. Please help me find this song. I beg of you.
