What ISP (MSN, AOL, Earthlink, etc) should I use for my high speed internet access?

We do not specify any ISP, but require that it provides consistent “up” time and that you have an unlimited use package. Unfortunately, a wireless connection or satellite broadband do not meet our requirements. You must currently have a land based internet service.
