What is ZERO-G’s Refund and transfer policy?

Once a ZERO-G Experience or Non-Flyer Package is purchased, your reservation is nonrefundable and cannot be changed. However, it is transferable; you may provide the name of a passenger to take your place up to five business days prior to flight day. The purchaser acknowledges that all passengers will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of ZERO-G, will attend all pre-flight training and sign all flyer registration forms including a liability waiver and medical declaration prior to flight. In the event that a passenger is unable to meet these terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to transfer the reservation to a passenger who does accept the terms and conditions and notify ZERO-G. ZERO-G has the right to reschedule a flight for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: canceled airspace, mechanical and/or maintenance, and minimum required passengers. ZERO-G will inform passengers of a rescheduled flight by written notice as soon as a resche
