Salaam Sister, Surrah fatihah, Its the surah that is recited again and again, Its the surah recited for healing, Its the surah reciited as introduction to Allah, Its the Surah recited as DUA, Its the Surah recited as the first surah of Quran, My friend there is a very famous incident related to surah faitihah, Ones all the sahabees were participating in the gazwa and there came the shortage of water, there came a person a told if u need the water, there is a well but, the only way to get the water is that the owner of that wel was a certain king and was ill and was said that he had some sort of jin, so he had the fever, one shabee said take me to him, there the sahabee recited surah fatihah 11 times and phoke deya (blew the breath over him from his mouth). so he got well and the water was offered to the whole army for that, When the report of this incident came to the holy Prophet PBUH, he called the sahabee and asked from where u got this knowlege, he replied to the prophet Muhammad P

Surah Fatiha accomplishes what Allah asks us to say in prayer as mentioned in the Koran (Not Hadith) (17: 110, 111) […]Neither speak thy prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between. And say: Praise be to Allah, Who hath not taken unto Himself a son, and who hath no partner in Sovereignty, nor hath He any protecting friend through dependence. And magnify Him with all magnificence. It may be noted that verse (17:107, 108) […] fall down prostrate on their faces, adoring, and saying: Glory to our Sustainer! Verily the promise of our Sustainer must be fulfilled (25:64, 65) And who spend the night before their Sustainer, prostrate and standing, and who say: Our Sustainer! Avert from us the doom of hell; Lo! The doom thereof is anguish.

This is not an interpretation, as I’m not by any means scholarly enough to interpret the Quran, but for me, personally, it is a reminder of the five pillars of Islam: Towheed: verses 1 (after Bismillah), 4; adl: verse 2 and 3; nabawat: verse 5; and imamat: verse 6; ma’ad: verse 3.

In fact I can’t Interpret this Surah acording 2 my knowledge but we should realize that during each prayer, a Muslim recites Surah Al-Fatiha, but we r totally unaware of the conversation held between a slave & his MASTER, during the entire life, we have not prayed even a single Raka’h with attention & respect of what goes on while reciting Surah Al-Fatihah, the recitation is not a dull monologue by the believer, but Allah Promises that it is a conversation between Him and the worshipper. Can you feel that asking HIDAYAH (which is the most valuable treasure among all treasures of Allah) is the most vital subject made obligatory for every Rak’ah of every prayer? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah, the Blessed and Exalted has said: ‘I have divided the prayer between Myself and My slave, into two halves, and My slave shall have what he has asked for.” When the slave says ‘الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ‘Praise be to Allaah, Lord of the Worlds,’ All

A perfect prayer for which there is no equivalent neither in Holy Quran nor in any scriptures. BTW There is no personal interpritation for Holy Quran. Even if we are correct is commiting wrong by PERSONAL interpretation.
