What is your favorite Iron Maiden album cover? And does Derek Riggs still create them?

I like lots of them, probably Powerslave. Derek Riggs did not design the cover for Fear of The Dark – it was the first one he did not design. I found his website and it has photos of the covers and artwork he has done for them, to include Christmas cards. He says he is no longer working for them.
