What is your definition of sustainable resource management from an environmental conservation point of view?
Sustainable resource management deals with the protection of all natural resources. People working in SRM investigate how we use resources, how we should use them (which isn’t always how we do use them), what affects them, and how they can be best protected and preserved. They try to manage the way people and organizations interact with natural resources to ensure their long-term availability. Environmental conservation therefore is a central feature to sustainable resource management.
