Yoga is generally safe. People with back, knee or neck injuries should be careful. You should check with your health care provider before undertaking Yoga or any other form of exercise. Yoga generally strengthens and tones muscles, increases blood flow and vitality. It is a great way to reduce stress. It could help reduce muscle tensions and lower heart rate. We generally recommend that people practice 30 minutes of Yoga a day, 3 to 5 times a week. We also have available to our customers a Yoga DVD that is of 30 minutes length. It is an ideal product for people to practice yoga.
