What is wrong with the water that comes into our homes?

There is nothing wrong with the water coming into our homes – reticulated water at Mount Isa and Gladstone complies with the drinking water guidelines which Councils are required to comply with. Gladstone’s water is also moderately hard, so we soften it before we treat it any further. However the water provided by our Councils does contain dissolved solids and a lot of strong tasting chlorine that we filter out and purify to provide ultra pure drinking water that is free of bacteria and viruses, tastes good, and does not deteriorate over time.
