What is wrong with our society that these awful child abuse and murder stories keep appearing?
It’s all relative. Our society doesn’t sacrifice babies or virgins anymore. Medical advances allows babies and sick people to live longer and survive. We don’t have the Black Plague and all that. When it comes to the sad stories of missing children etc, we are seeing it more due to internet and radio, and tv, and print, and telephone. It happened years ago also, we just didn’t have the technology to spread it so far. The saddest thing is, all the children starving all over the world, the virgin baby girls getting raped in Africa because some believe it cures AIDS, everywhere there is tragedy on such a huge scale it’s almost unbelievable to those of us living in our pretty little USA world.
