when my Kenmore refrigerator, model number 596.72822200 is running, it sounds like the ice maker or something is trying to click on but the little lever on the ice maker is in the off position. The clicking on and off sound happens about every 5 minutes and lasts for about 30-45 seconds. Some foods in the freezer have frost on them but are still frozen.
