What is wrong with Americas health care system?
Obama won’t change the current Health Care System as it is not broken Don’t fix what is not broken or you will be guilty of gilding the lilly Gilding the Lily Reference to an ornament, as in Lilly. A Lilly was an ornamental piece or decoration, which did not need further improvement or embellishment. Therefore it follows that “gilding the Lilly,” means to add hyperbole to an otherwise unremarkable event or story.
America’s health care system is not wrong at all. As with any other system, improvements can be made. Liberals argue that health care is one of our “rights”, and that is not true. The biggest issues with health care is that some people cannot get it if they have a pre-existing condition and it is expensive for the unemployed. I believe we could make changes to make health care more accessible for the unemployed and people with pre-existing conditions. But other than that, the system is fine. Polls have shown that the majority of Americans are very content with the system. Not to mention, people from other countries come here because our health care is SO good!
Liberals are what is wrong with this system and the entire world. There are numerous changes that could be made to the system including tort reform and the usual stuff you have been hearing but liberals have blocked every measure and will attempt to do so again on Thursday. Conservatives attending that Obama shin dig should walk out when the liberal agenda is made known.
