What is World War II?
World War II (also known as WWII) was a global military conflict which involved a majority of the world’s nations. One side was Germany, Italy, Japan, and other allies. The ones who opposed them was Great Britain, the Soviet Ynion, the United States, and others. It was a global military conflict which involved a majority of the world, organized into two opposing militaries: the Allies and the Axis. The Axis are mainly Germany, Italy, and Japan. The Allies are most of the other countries around the world. World War I was pretty bad, but World War II was even worse, WWl lasted six years and left about 50 million people dead thought out the world. World War II left meany european cities and farms in ruins. When it was over the Europeans made sure that nothing like World War II ever happened again.
