In its health programs addressing HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, World Vision supports a comprehensive approach to prevention that is supported by public health evidence and biblical principles. World Vision promotes sexual abstinence outside of marriage and fidelity within marriage. Abstinence and faithfulness represent God’s intended means of sexual and marital fulfillment.
