What is Workplace Bullying in Schools?
Workplace bullying in schools consists of bullying from staff, usually teachers or instructors against students or others in the workplace (teachers, support staff). Workplace bullying in schools can include intimidation, humiliation, physical and verbal harassment, aggressive behavior, uncooperative attitude, rumors and other antisocial behavior. When directed against students it can create a very uncomfortable learning environment and lead to not only academic problems but also psychological disorders. When directed against other staff, it can create a hostile working environment and also provide a bad example for students to follow.
