What is workflow integration, and why does that matter to us?
Workflow integration is the process of making the TransViva Service part of your daily operations instead of delivering another standalone process. The people at TransViva have learned from many years of experience that it is extremely difficult and often very expensive for organizations to change their processes to adapt to new software, particularly anything that relates to communications services. The TransViva Service is designed to adapt to the way the customer collects and uses patient data. We work to integrate our service with the flow of information in the customers organization. This helps the customer avoid purchasing additional software packages, for example, database and other applications, that other vendors may require. TransViva collects the data from the remote participants and delivers it to the subscribing organization in a manner that meets the customers core competencies and competitive advantages theyve established in the industry.
