Woosh offer the option to “Top Up” your high speed data allowance by 1GB for $5, 5GB for $10 and 10GB for $20 and maintain your high speed connection. This is available on all Wireless Broadband plans Customers can access and use this “Top Up” function online via the “My Account” section. Customers are NOT able to Top Up via Woosh resellers or retailers. The “Top Up” data purchased will be valid for the remainder of the customer’s 30 day anniversary period before it expires. For example: • Jack joins on 10th March and chooses the Elevate $29.95 1GB plan. • He uses 1100 MB by 21st March. So he will be speed limited to 64Kbps. • “Tops Up” with 1GB on the 27th March. His connection speed returns to broadband speed. • Jack has until the 10th April (his anniversary date) before his 1GB expires. Payment Payment for the “Top Up” charge will be as per the customer’s existing payment method. This is either Credit Card (CC) or Direct Debit (DD).
