What is Winter Protection?
In the application of EIFS and DEFS a temperature is to be maintained. In colder weather this must be done by tenting and heat. Tenting structures can involve the setting up of scaffolding and the setting of plastic and finally the maintaining of heat. This cost extra money and depending on the size of the structure that needs EIFS or DEFS on it, it can be a cost considerable.
