25% of charges based on Estimated Flying Time will be deducted if a confirmed booking is cancelled 48 Hours before Estimated Time of Departure. 50% of charges based on Estimated Flying Time will be deducted if a confirmed booking is cancelled between 48 Hours and 24 Hours of Estimated Time of Departure. 100% charges based on Estimated Flying Time will be deducted in case of No Show and Cancellation of Bookings after 24 Hours. In case of Air Ambulance services, if due to unfortunate circumstances, the patient condition deteriorates and is unfit to travel or if the patient expires, complete charter fees is charges after takeoff. An example is when a last-minute cancellation is made after the aircraft has left its home base to travel to the customer’s point of departure.
