We have just started getting exactly the same error. I no longer see the add new connection nor the icon for the existing connection in the network connections dialog. So I can’t edit my TCP IP connection settings or any network settings. also The windows Application log give an error “The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing. HRESULT was 80004015 from line 142 of d:\nt\com\complus\src\events\tier2\services.cpp Any help would be greatly appreciated. i am poor in english.maybe some descriptions is not accurated.i am chingese,if you can say chinese please e_mail me.
