What is Willygoat Valley Wrestling?
The Willygoat Valley Wrestling (WVW) is a merged fed between the Valley Wrestling Federation (VWF) and the Willygoat Xtreme Wrestling (WXW) backyard wrestling federations located in the Ohio Valley. The feds were working together for 7 events, and it just made sense to finally put everyone under one umbrella. The VWF was about to die until the VWF was invited for the WXW Jimboree in the Hills show on July 11th, 2002, and from there, the VWF wrestlers had a place to wrestle (they were having venue problems) and the WXW had more characters and more dependable workers to feature on their show. It’s been a great relationship.
