Women in Engineering (WIE) Freshman Orientation (a.k.a “WIE Camp”) is a two-and a half day orientation for incoming women undergraduates in the College of Engineering. At the orientation, the freshman women get acquainted with one another and begin to form a supportive community. Workshops during the program help the students adjust to college and gain confidence in their engineering abilities.
