What is wiccan religion?
Actually to correct a few incorrect statements… Wiccans do not worship nature, they honor it and try to stay in tune with its cycles. Most of them worship deities just like any other religion. They are not “worshipping the creation, not the creator.” They just have a different idea of how many creators there are and who they might be. Also while most Wiccans do practice some form of witchcraft, it is possible to be Wiccan and do not witchcraft or magic at all. Wicca is a religion, witchcraft (and/or magic) is a practice that can be used alongside any religion or none at all. And witchcraft has nothing to do with evil or Satan or demons, etc. It is neutral energy. The sentiment about Catholics probably stems from the history of the early Catholic Church. Although Wicca as a religion only started in the 1950s, most of them would consider the earlier Pagans as their spiritual predecessors since they may have some gods in common.
