What is White Beetles Cancellation Policy?
• Orders can be canceled or exchanged if the customer has made mistake and bought the wrong product. • White Beetle must be contacted by email or telephone within twenty four hours from the transaction taking place in order to cancel or exchange goods. • If products need to be exchanged customers only pay the difference between goods should there be any. Any balance owed to the customer can be refunded or kept as credit against future purchases. • A cancellation renders any license granted to the customer for the canceled product null and void. • Cancellations have a maximum twenty four hour turnaround time.
