What is West Yellowstone like?
West Yellowstone is the gateway community located adjacent to the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It retains the character of a small Montana town with a year-round population of approxmately. 1,000 people. With 1.5 million visitors a year, West Yellowstone has many of the amenities you would expect in a much larger community. There are over 1,000 hotel rooms, many restaurants and cafes, two grocery stores, playhouse theater, movie theater, IMAX theater, museum, public library, post office, and a public health clinic. Cable and internet service are readily available. West Yellowstone is approxmately 100 miles from both Bozeman, Montana to the north and Idaho Falls, Idaho to the south. Is there an age requirement? Our minimum age for employees is 18 years of age upon arrival. Most of our employees are retirees in their fifties and sixties. What is the starting pay for new employees?
