What is west elms return policy?
We are proud of our west elm collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All west elm furniture, upholstery, and decorative accessories are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund of merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or return your purchase against manufacturer’s defects. Please note that sale merchandise and monogrammed/personalized items cannot be returned.
