This is a product made with special additions to the zinc bath which has superior corrosion protection and (zinc) formability when compared to regular galvanized of the same coating weights. Coating designations for Galfan are ordered as GF60 or GF90 as compared to normal coating designations for galvanized in the “G” or “A” series. Weirkote Plus Galfan is produced to ASTM A875.
