Week of Welcome is separate from the summer sessions that you have attended during the summer. This is a required engaging program for all new Freshmen to assist you in your transition into NDNU.

Week of Welcome (WOW) is our fall new student orientation and is designed to help new students transition smoothly here at Concordia University Irvine. Connecting with the student body, learning about the campus culture, and acclimating to a new living situation are all experiences which new freshmen and transfer students will have during WOW. With the help of the Peer Advising Leaders (PALs), Resident Assistants (RAs) and other support staff from various departments on campus, the week-long event makes a great first impression that will stay with new students throughout their time at Concordia.
