WebEx has a strict ‘no spamming’ policy. WebEx reserves the right to immediately terminate an affiliate relationship if that affiliate uses unsolicited email to promote WebEx products and services. Affiliates in violation of this policy will also forfeit their commissions. There may be additional restrictions on email activities located in the WebEx Special Terms and Conditions and/or the Publisher Service Agreements of which you need to be aware.
