Web Provider Enrollment allows health care providers to enroll in the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) via a quick and easy web interface. The Web Provider Enrollment tool is designed for providers that are not currently enrolled with IHCP. If you are currently an enrolled IHCP provider and need to add an additional Service Location, you cannot utilize the Web Provider Enrollment process to accomplish this.
