What is Water Intrusion and some of the likely sources?
Water Intrusion is the introduction of any moisture into the indoor environment or structural cavity of a building that is not a normal function of the facility. Common sources are window leaks, roof leaks, air-conditioning drain pans, condensation lines, plumbing floods, fire line breaks, and condensation on air-conditioning ductwork or equipment are among a few of the causes.
