Waikiki Banyan is a twin tower, 876 room, private residential condominium built in 1979 on leasehold land one block from Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii. Waikiki Banyan is private property. Our amenities and facilities are for the exclusive use and enjoyment of our residents and their invited guests. More specifically, Waikiki Banyan is located in the Waikiki Special Design District, zoned “X-2, apartment precinct.” Our Tax Map Key (TMK) is 2-6-25: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 44, 46, 49, 50, 53, 54, 55, 56.
