Wagering requirements is a specified amount you need to wager in order to be able to cash out any money from your account. You are always required to wager the bonus (and sometimes deposit as well) a certain number of times. For example, let’s say a casino offers a 100$ welcome bonus for a 100$ deposit. You then have 200$ in your account, but you can’t cash out any money until you’ve met the wagering requirements, say 10x. This means you have to wager 10×200$ = 2000$ before you can cash out.
