What is Voice Isolation Technology and how do I use it?
Voice Isolation is BlueAnt’s proprietary DSP (Digital Signal Processor) software. It uses sophisticated techniques to separate the voice signal from the background noise using a dual microphone array. This technology is effective against noise sources whether they are stationary, impulsive or even other voices. The Z9i has two Voice Isolation modes: Voice Isolation Standard and Voice Isolation Max. Voice Isolation Standard is suitable for normal environments with little background noise, and is the Default mode for the Z9i, while Voice Isolation Max is suitable for environments with a lot of background noise. To switch between modes during a call, simply click the BlueAnt button.
