What is Voice Capture on DTPs?
1-800-CONFERENCE® provides its customers with the capability of capturing information from callers as they phone to listen to the recording on DTP. This information (e.g. the caller’s name, company and phone number) is obtained by providing a specific telephone number which participants may call. Customers can also receive participant information via transcription services, sent via fax or E-mail.
