What is VizPro?
VizPro is our method to document & analyse business processes. In short this is done by mapping the enterprise processes real-time in interactive work sessions with role-players. We facilitate workshops where relevant people are invited to sit in to share their knowledge about the process. This knowledge is captured immediately, and the map is real-time and displayed on a screen. VizPro makes use of colourful icons to map details.
